Data Deletion Instructions
Effective date: 17 May 2026
You may request deletion of data associated with your use of the Scribe HQ Mission Control Meta integration.
How to request deletion
To request deletion, email:

Use the subject line:
Data Deletion Request — Mission Control Meta Integration
Please include enough information for us to identify the data, such as:
– Your name
– Your email address
– Meta user ID, if known
– Facebook Page ID, Business ID, Ad Account ID, or Catalogue ID, if relevant
– A short description of the data you want deleted
Do not send passwords, access tokens, or sensitive credentials.
What we delete
Where applicable, we will delete or anonymize data associated with your authorized use of the integration, including:
– Stored Meta user identifiers
– Connected business/page/ad account references
– Cached campaign, catalogue, or page metadata
– Logs or operational records that are no longer required for security, legal, or audit purposes
Some records may be retained where required for legal, fraud prevention, security, accounting, or compliance reasons.
Response time
We will acknowledge deletion requests and process valid requests within a reasonable period, normally within 30 days.
Remove app access from Meta
You can also remove the app from your Meta/Facebook account:
1. Go to Facebook Settings.
2. Open Apps and Websites.
3. Find the Mission Control / Scribe HQ app.
4. Select Remove.
Removing the app from Meta stops future access. To delete data already stored by Scribe HQ, please also email the deletion request above.
